June is pride month, and the Boxer Hotel is offering a special package for the whole month: the Glisten Pride Package. Ten percent of the room rate will be donated to GLSEN, the leading education organization creating safe and affirming schools for LGBTQ youth.

Pride Lights at the Boston Center for the Arts
Tuesday, June 6, at 6:30 pm.
Pride Lights is an evening of live entertainment, music and games, and a tree lighting attended by Mayor Marty J. Walsh, followed by light-themed performance to remember those who have suffered from AIDS. After the tree lighting, there is a champagne toast for attendees 21+. This event is coming up on its thirtieth year and is put on in partnership with Boston Pride.
Paint for Peace
Friday, June 9, at 7 pm.
Boston is participating in this international event at the Liquid Art House, one of Boston’s most innovative and eclectic bars. The theme of the evening revolves around peace and will also honor the victims of Pulse Orlando. There will be several local artists present, along with dancing, singing and other performances. This event is free.
2017 Youth Dance
Saturday, June 10, 6-10 pm.
This year’s Boston Pride Youth Dance will be DJed by Scott Pryor and will also include a contest/drag show with prizes. Tickets are $7 online and $10 at the door. For tickets, click here.
Sunday, June 11, 10 am.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse hosts the official Pride brunch of Boston. Located in the downtown area, the brunch is nearby other Pride events taking place later that day, such as the Stronger Together Rally on the Boston Common.
