One of Boston’s best features is its walkability. To make sure you can enjoy it to the fullest during the winter, here are a few places you can go to for maximum winter preparedness.

This Japanese store made its debut in Boston at Faneuil Hall in 2015, and its second location just opened on Newbury Street in November. You can find outdoor vests, all lengths and thicknesses of down jackets, and a outerwear made with a material called HeatTech, which uses body heat to guard against frigid temperatures. In addition to the stylish and warm outerwear, Uniqlo carries plenty of warm, soft sweaters.
