Entering its 24th season, Shakespeare on the Common is one of the best theater traditions Boston has to offer. The performances run nearly every night of the week from mid-July through early August, and each one is FREE and open to the public. One of this year’s productions will be Richard III, a drama that shows the ruthless rise of a king and the mess he leaves in his wake. The performances take place in the Boston Common, an easy walk or ride from The Boxer Boston Hotel.
