Thirsty Thursday Sails

September 15, 2016

Thirsty Thursday Sails, set up by The World Ocean School, offers visitors the opportunity to sail on the Roseway, Boston’s only historic tall ship. Though it has been restored several times, the ship is almost 100 years old and has had a remarkable history that includes stints as a racing boat, fishing boat, a pilot schooner during WWII, and now the home of the World Ocean School. As the name of the event suggests, it also gives guests the chance to sample the city’s finest brews, wines, and alternate beverages. Light snacks will also be available to accompany the drinks. Due to the alcohol aboard, the event is restricted to those 21 and older. You can enjoy yourself, and feel good about it, as all proceeds support the educational programs of the World Ocean School aboard the historic schooner,

Book here to stay with the Boxer Boston during the Outside the Box Festival. For more information, check out the event website here.
